so basically they are just 'remastering' as in making them higher quality uploads, coz old ones were super low and u could barely see anything on some episodes

The first 426 episodes (from about June 1996 to October 2006) were originally released on VHS, so they will be lower-quality distributions than what would be placed on DVD. From what I've seen, the remasters are definitely sharper than the original releases.

Yeah some of the older stuff especially when it's dark and low quality it's really hard to see anything lol you can miss entire walls.
